Shipping Times:
We make every effort to have your items shipped and available for tracking with the appropriate carrier within 48 BUSINESS hours (usually sooner) once payment is received. This means that after we receive payment, we will pick your item from our warehouse, package your item carefully, and print a shipping label as soon as we are able. The item will be dropped off or picked up at the shipping company's discretion within 48 BUSINESS hours of your payment. In most instances, packages are passed to the carrier much sooner.
Shipping Costs:
We know shipping is a consideration when making your purchase. Shipping costs are also a consideration to us, in that we pay at least a portion of the shipping cost on EVERY transaction - whether it's to make up the difference in the shipping price charged, the handling fees associated with getting the item to the carrier, or if we're picking up the entire cost of economy shipping on orders over $39.99 (exclusive of sales tax). We try to help out the buyer as best we can. In addition, we make every attempt to ship your item in the most appropriate sized container in order to keep physical weight, and dimensional weight, to a minimum on the shipment.
Shipping Issues:
We make every attempt to get your items to you as quickly as reasonably possible. Please understand that once an item has been dropped off with the shipper, the continued process of getting the package to you is completely out of our hands. A tracking number is provided for you to track the package. If you see that your package is traveling the country in the tracking notes, and it's taking longer than normal to get to you, there is absolutely nothing we can do about it. If your package is delivered and left in a location that is less than desirable, it is not something we have control over.
Sadly, there are some that feel that just because we're a small business they can take advantage of us. We've experienced this happening with people claiming they did not receive a package despite the tracking information indicating it was delivered, or it was handed to a person at the delivery address. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSING PACKAGES WHERE TRACKING INFORMATION INDICATES THE ITEM HAS BEEN DELIVERED.
Returns:
We offer a 30 day return or exchange policy on all orders unless otherwise noted in the product description. We do not offer returns or exchanges on closeout items.
We require the following for all exchanges or returns:
If the merchandise is not returned in the same condition and packaging it was received, we will charge a 30% restocking fee to compensate for the loss in value.
